翻訳の勉強中です。 とある広告に関する英文契約書に、インフルエンサーが制作するSNSコンテンツに関して以下の記述がありました。 "Within 14 days before the earliest First Live Date and after execution of this Agreement until 10 days after the last First Live Date, the Influencer shall not act in any manner to represen any other brand" 『所定の期間（「 最初のFirst Live Date」の前14日および本契約の締結後～「 最後のFirst Live Date」の10日後まで）、インフルエンサーは他ブランドを広告してはならない』という主旨は掴めたのですが、「First Live Date」の翻訳が何になるのか分からず、苦戦中です。 なんとなく、各コンテンツの初回公開日のようなものかとは思っているのですが、どなたかお知恵を拝借できませんでしょうか？？

英文の書き換えの質問です。 Wishing you a day as special as you are... Happy Birthday! 貴方が特別であるように、この一日が特別な日になりますように。誕生日おめでとう！ この文の「一日」の「a day」を「一年」に書き換えたいのですが、その場合 Wishing you one year as special as you are... Happy Birthday! と、普通に「one year」を入れるだけでいいのでしょうか？ 英語が苦手なので詳しい方よろしくお願いします＞＜

(1) The parties to the contract must be legally competent; 上記の文について質問です。「契約当事者が法的な資格を備えていること。」という意味だと思うのですが、"parties to the contract"の部分のtoがしっくりきません。"parties in the contract"ではなくて、toなのは何故ですか？また、inだと間違い/不自然ですか？ (2) It must be in writing if a written document is required for that kind of contract. 手元にある日本語訳が、「契約の種類に応じて書面契約が要求される場合は、書面で作成されること。」となっています。 "that kind of contract"の部分が、「契約の種類に応じて」となっているのですが、何故このような訳になるのですか？「その種の契約が必要な場合」だと思ったのですが・・・。 また、ここは、英語とは離れてしまうのですが、署名契約が要求されたら、書面で作成されるのは当たり前だと思うのですが、わざわざ定義するほどのことなのでしょうか？ 以上 よろしくお願いします。

10月30日前ににできるだけ早く、、って英語で言うと？ before October 30, 2009 as soon as possible であってますか？ 例）Please send it before October 30, 2009 as soon as possible. できるだけ早くは as soon as possibleってわかりますが、タイトルの 用に付加情報が入ってくると、これであってんのかなぁ～って感じになります。 最近は、自信がない単語や熟語のフレーズを googleで ""でしばって 検索して、アメリカのサイトでも使われてるようなら、こういう言い 回しでもいいんだろうなぁ、と検討をつけてますが、みなさんはどうや って自分の書いた英文がそれらしいと検証していますか？ 今回のよう に数字や日付が入ってくるとヒットしにくいんですよね。「両辺が５ｃｍ の正方形を描く」とか「5ページ目の第3行にタイプミスがあります」っ て英文で書けって言われると一般の英語学習者では辞書だけ見てかけない ですよね。 なんか長くなりましたが言いたいことがわかってもらえたら幸いです。
