それが一体どのように実際面で応用できるか考えてみれば我々の考慮の目的を考えることになる。 そうすれば、こう言った影響を考慮することが、この目的の考慮のすべてである。 （100年以上も前はこんな言葉を使っていたのでしょうかね。今の言葉で言えば「それが」何に使えるかが問題だ、と言うことでしょう）

#3 です。 タイポを修正しつつ、不親切だったところを補足します。 Then, our conception of these effects is the whole of our conception of the object. 誤) 「すると我れの効果に対する概念そのものが絵我々の物体に対する概念になるのだ。」 正) 「するとすると我々の効果に対する概念そのものが物体に対する概念になるのだ。」 説明が不親切だったのは , we conceive the object of our conception to have のところで、一見独立した文のようで、訳も独立して訳しましたが、ここではbearingを先行詞とした関係代名詞thatが省略されていて前の文とひとつながりになっていると思います。カンマがあるので余計わかりにくいです。 後that mightのmightは助動詞ではなく力、影響力と言う名詞と思います。

It might have seemed that phisics, which had just placed nuclear energy at man's disposal, as dengerous branch of science. この文のIt might have seemed that ～の部分が分からないのですが、seemはseem＋形容詞などの形を取りますよね。このように単独で使われることはあるのでしょうか。文脈から、itはthat節を指しているので、seemはどのように訳せばよいのか分かりません。よろしくお願いします。
