1） How can I reply when someone knocks on the door of my room? Is it okay to say just "Yes?"? ホストファミリーがいつも夕飯を知らせてくれるのですが、 つい「はい」だか"Yes"だかつかない返事をしてしまいます。 どう応えれば気がるな「はい？」を表現できますか？ 2） また、夕飯のあと、「満腹です、ありがとう」を伝えるのに、 毎日I'm full. Thank you.と繰り返すのがつまらないし、礼をつくせない気がします。 他になにかバリエーションがあれば教えてください。 よろしくお願いします。

1) How can I reply when someone knocks on the door of my room? Is it okay to say just "Yes?"? これで何とか伝わるとは思いますが、一瞬”？”と言われるかも知れません。例えば、 What is the good (appropriate) response when I'm called by knocks on the door for a dinner? Is just saying "yes" good? ちなみに、"Yes"はありで、その後"I'm coming" とかが自然ですね。Yesの代わりにOkay, All rightもありと思います。 2) その場の雰囲気とタイミングによります。定型よりも普通の会話をあらかじめ想定して考えておくと良いと思いますよ。 もう自分では食べ終わったときに、更に何かをすすめられたとき。この時は"I'm full"はありです。またシンプルに"I'm fine, thank you" でも良いです。ただ、その後に、"Everything was so good" とか、"xxx was really delicious" とか"I haven't had such food like xxx in Japan. I like it very much." とか何か付け加えたいですね。 もし、全体で食事が終わるところだったら、立ち上がるときに"Thank you very much"で十分。もし、アットホームな雰囲気でお手伝いとかしても良いのだったら、"I'm I'm gonna wash dishes." とか、"I'm gonna make coffee." とか。

１。Come in. 「お入り」というのがノックに対する普通の返事です。夕食の準備の手伝いはしないのですか。 ２。Thank you for the delicious dinner.「素晴らしい夕食をありがとうございます。」 This was absolutely the best. 「これ最高でした。」 What was in it? It was so tasty.（何が入ってたんですか？本当に美味しかったです。」 確かに「I am full」だと「ああ、食った食った」で素っ気ないですね。

ちょっとうざい話になりますが、どうか聞いてください。。。 今回気になるのは相手のどういういう意味合いが込もったuhなのかと、how did you knowの意味です。 （私たちは彼氏彼女のカップルではありません。） 彼はいつも何してたときくとthinking about uといいます。 たまにふざけてthinking about.......neko などといれてきます。 今日もthinking about someone... というので、そのsomeoneは日本人？ときくと yesといい、how did you know? といわれました。 そしてまた、〇〇に住んでるかわいいこ と言いました。（○○は私の県です） 私が、 あなたはネコか私のことを考えていたというのかと思ったといったら、 no, not neko. といったので、 me?といれたら、 "uh... yes of course u" と入りました。 このuh... ってきになります。 うーん、、、（本当はちがうけどまぁいいや）もちろん君だよ！ て感じなんですかね？ um.....みたいな感じに見えるんですけど・・・ 読んだ感じでいいので教えてください
