英訳をお願い致します！

ヨガの英語説明文を英訳しているのですが、カパラバティ呼吸法の説明の中で、 「Think of the belly as a bellows that helps to expel all the air in the body out through the nose.」 というものがあります。 下記のように訳してみたのですが、変な文章に思えます・・。 「鼻から体にある全ての空気を抜くのを助ける腹部を唸り声として思いなさい。」 どう訳したらいいのか教えて頂けると助かります。 よろしくお願い致します。

>Think of the belly as a bellows 腹部を肺のように考えて ⇒腹式呼吸をイメージして bellowには肺という意味もあります。 全体的に訳すと 「腹式呼吸を意識して体全体の空気を鼻から出す」 で、いかがでしょうか？

英語は苦手なんですけど、恐らく腹式呼吸のコツでしょうから 「下腹から絞り出すようなイメージで、体中の息を鼻から一気に吐き出します」かな？ 一気にとかは書いてないけど、日本人の腹式呼吸の知識に当てはめたらそういうことかなと思います。 カパラバティ呼吸法がもっと特殊なイメージとか方法なんだったらゴメンナサイ。
