こういう英文を見つけました。 Whenever there is a problem with a company's products, ～ これはwith company's productsか with a company's productになるべきではないでしょうか？ それともこのaはcompanyについてるのでしょうか？ 教えてください。

a は company についています。 company には不可算で用いる重要な用法もありますが、 日本人には一番おなじみの「会社」の意味では可算名詞です。 ということは、company は何もつけずに用いることはなく、 主語や目的語、補語で用いる場合、特に意味がなくても、 最低限 a ～が必要となります。 それは、所有格 company's にしても同じです。 所有格が前につくと、後の名詞に a/the がつきません。 だから、product という単数だからといって、a 所有格 pruduct となるわけではありません。 しかし、所有格をつくる名詞自体について、その名詞が可算名詞なら、 最低限 a が必要となります。 （最低限、というのは意味によって the や別の所有格に変わったり、 a なく、複数にするか、という意味合いです）

以下、教えてください。 The problem with the job is that there is no possibility of promotion or pay raise. この文章で、The problem with the jobのwithをofに変えると伝わるニュアンスが変わりますか？また、文法的におかしいでしょうか？ いつも、ofの使い方がピンときません。possibility of promotionのofは、逆にwithとするとおかしいでしょうか？

「with」て結構しっくりこない場面で使われていることがあって、 辞書を見てもやっぱりしっくりきません。 例えば、 Shall I help you with that box? There is one problem with your plan. とかなんですけど、まぁ意味はわかりますけど、自分が英文をつくるとなると、 ここでwithを使おうという発想になりません。 他には、that's fine with meとは言うのに、that's good with meとかthat's great with meとは言わないとか なかなかついていけません。英文法に精通されている方、お忙しい折恐縮ですがよろしくお願いいたします。

One great thing about living in a country is fresh daily 【products】. と、聞こえます productは、単数でプロダク【トゥ】 複数でプロダク【ツ】になると思ってたのですが、プロダク【ス】と言っています。 プロダクスは単数形でしょうか？複数形でしょうか？それとも違う単語なのでしょうか？ どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
