継続的な雇用を望むとか、あるいはSHRKにきちんとした形で採用されたい人は、この規約に従わなければなりません。 この規約を受け入れるか拒否するかが、採用の可否の基準となっているのです。 このような内容の規約は職場環境を、ギスギスした、命令と服従の関係に支配された、威嚇的な雰囲気にしてしまいます。

submission (to) は「提出」ではなく「服従」ないし「従順」です。 この運営への服従が、あらゆる人のSHRKへの継続雇用あるいは提携の条件のひとつになります。 この運営に服従するか拒絶するかが、あらゆる人の採用決定に影響する基盤となります。 こういうタイプの運営は威圧的、敵対的あるいは攻撃的な作業環境を作ります。
