that節の意味
文中のthat節の意味がうまくとれません。the entire country is behind him は、挿入句的な扱いなのでしょうか？和訳と併せて、文法の解説もお願い致します。 Waving the flag as a whole country sends a message to the world and to the American President that the entire country is behind him and whatever he wants to do.

that節はmessageの同格です。 1つのまとまった国として国旗を振ることは、国全体が大統領、そして大統領がやりたいと思っていることを支持しているという、世界とアメリカの大統領とへのメッセージを送ることになる。

When you enter into a conversation to someone, write a letter, report,you have to have something to say, some purpose, and a interest of expressing that something, whatever it is. 長文問題(出典とかは分からないです)でこんなのが出てきました。意味は分かるんですがexpressingのあとのthatって文法的にどんな役割をしてるんですか？

昔ある本で読んだのですが、The forecast says that it's going to rain. において、thatが省略されずにちゃんと使われる場合は、天気の話がすでに話題に出ている場合であって、thatが省略される場合は天気の話が新しい情報として示される場合であるとありました。 又、最近読んだ本では、many people think that Shakespeare was not a real person. という文において、thatの指し示す用法に注目し、このthatは丁寧に聞き手の関心を引こうとする表現であって、省略された場合はそうした気持ちがないのだと書いてありました。 一体、どちらの説明が正しいのでしょうか。それとも、両者共に正しいのでしょうか。 thatの基本の用法は、相手の見える範囲にあるものを指し示すことによって新情報として示すことにあるはずです。ただし、新情報でなくても、話者が強めて言いたいとときはいつでもthatが使えるはずです。その程度のことは知っているのですが、that節についてはよくわかりません。 ちなみに、私のこれまでの理解の仕方はというと、例えば、It is important that we should work hard. という文において、まず、itを登場させることによって、話し手と聞き手の共通の関心事がありますよ。(あるいは、世間の人が感心を持っていることがありますよ)と言っておいて、それから、実はそれはね、こういう事なんですよ。と紹介する構文だと理解していました。 この理解の仕方についても意見をお願いしたいと思います。よろしくお願いします。

抹茶ラテの粉末を買ったんですが、そこに This is our original"Awadachi" Matcha au Lait that you can enjoy the good taste and fine flavor. と書いてあります。 このthatは同格のthat節でしょうか？ enjoyの目的語があるので関係代名詞ではないと思います。 また同格のthat節も取れる名詞が決まっていると本に書いてありました。 もしSVOまでもすべて取れるthatの用法があるなら教えてください。 例えば以下の文なんかは文法的にありえないですよね？ I want to have a book that I study English. これを作るなら I want to have a book to study English.だと思いますので。 よろしくお願いいたします。
