I said "excuse me,Would you give me a seat?" to person who I regarded as a cold. ★say の用法が合っているか。 →コンマがいります。excuseは大文字で始めます。 said とto . . . はつなげるべきなので、↓のようにします。 添削 "Excuse me. Would you give me a seat?" I said to the person I thought was a cold man. "Excuse me," I said to the person I thought was a cold man. "Would you give me a seat?" ★regard の目的語を先行詞personとして関係代名詞whoを使ったのですが問題ないか。 →personが無冠詞になってしまって問題です。本来はwhomですが、whoというのもありえます。でも、普通は省略でしょう。 ★そもそもregard A as B で文脈的に正しいか。 →そうですね。なぜregardなのかという感じをうけます。 以上、ご参考になればと思います。

この英文はどう訳すといいですか？ うまく訳せなくて(^^;; アメリカのペンフレンドと恋バナしてた時の文です。 よろしくお願いします。 I would like to say yes and choose you, but it's hard to say yes to someone you never get to see. If we meet each other one day, we'll see what happens because online and in person are always two different things! I really did mean what I said though! You would make a suitable boyfriend!

I agree with his idea Because I think that his thought is right. He hell a sleep some times a course of lecture. His conduct is open to censure.He did not take great pains so there is not the right to get overtime work changes. He should study using one's time. He is a person in a charge of the parades, It is very important post. 'You must not be for an hourly wage sense forever' I thought that the words of the Mr.Tanaka's were very right. Also I thought that it was the really good boss who taught an important thing as Mr.Tanaka member of society. 宜しくお願いします!!

They say that he will be a great person.の二通りの同意文完成をするという問題で、次のように書き出しが指定されました。 1:It is ( ). 2:He is ( ). １の場合、It is said that he will be a great person.でいいのはわかるのですが、 ２の場合、He is said to be a great person.でいいのでしょうか。 これだと、もとの文章がThey say that he is a great person.の場合との混同が起こると思うのですが。 かといって、He is said to be going to be a great person.だと、くどすぎる気もします。（というか、英英辞典にも、be said to be going to Vという例文を見つけることは出来ませんでした。） sayを無理に使わず、たとえばsayをexpectで代用するなどして、He is expected to be a great person.などとするのでしょうか。 expectにはこれから先の行為を期待する、という意味が込められるので、この文章で未来をあらわすことが出来るというのはわかるのですが。 お答えいただければ幸いです。
