英訳が出来る方いませんか？
What would it be like to sit and dab away at your ears and be told by your doctor, "It's not a tumor, so stop worrying about it," followed, perhaps, by one of those old-fashioned, "Oh dear, a time-wasting patient" looks. この英文を訳せる方いませんか？ 教えてください。 お願いします。 一応自分で考えたましたが、この英文だけはどうしても訳せませんでした・・。

座って耳（から出る血）を拭きながら、医者から「腫瘍じゃないよ、だから心配ない」と言われ、次の瞬間「ったく、下らないことで手間とらせる患者だ」と言うような目つきで見られたらどう思う？ みたいなことじゃないでしょうかね。

お菓子のパッケージに、「お買い上げ後は18℃位の温度で保存していただきますと、より一層おいしくお召し上がりいただけます。」という文言の英訳として、「After you buy, if you keep it at about 18℃, it will taste even more delicious.」というものが書いてあったのですが、 ①buyは過去形のboughtにするべきではないのか ②-if you keep it about-のitは英文中で何を指しているかが明確でないが良いのか ③it will taste even more deliciousについて、tasteではなくbeを使うべきでないのか 以上3点について質問します。
