hereとthereは副詞であるが、thereは代名詞として使うことができる。しかしhereは代名詞としては使えない違いがある。

there ＋ be動詞　＋　名詞句　としての構文でthereは代名詞となる。

またmodal verb（法動詞）とbe動詞を組み合わせても使える。法動詞とは助動詞のみならず

その他としては、状態(state)や物や人が到着したとき(to the arrival of soebody or something)にin a formal or literary styleとしての組み合わせが可能になる動詞がある。

も同様にthereは副詞として倒置と見なされると考える。なぜならば、goは到着すると言う動詞ではないので。
