英語によるチラシ・・・イベント告知

国際交流のクラブを作ったばかりで、チラシでPRしたいのですが・・・。 これからやる活動をイメージしてもらうために、「今後の予定」を入れたいと思います。 ただ、運営スタッフが暇なときやる形のため、前もって具体的に決まっているわけではありません。 そんなときはどんなふうに言えばいいでしょうか？ 例えば・・・ Our Plan (Coming soon!!) BBQ　＆　Fluit Picking ,Maple-tree viewing in Mount Tsukuba and •Teatime in a stylish old private house cafe,New Year's visit to a Shinto shrine to Mount Tsukuba ,going to a stylish old private house cafe ・・・More!!! て感じでしょうか？？ また、今までやったイベントは1回のみですが、 Conventional event 　 　BBQ　in　○○（場所） などと書けば良いでしょうか？？ よろしくお願い致します！！

Upcoming (または Scheduled) Events (subject to change) BBQ & pick-your-own-fruit (またはU-pick berries/grapes/peaches), Fall foliage viewing near Mt. Tsukuba, Tea break at a quaint (またはrustic), old-fashioned cafe, New Year's pilgrimage to Mt. Tsukuba including a visit to a Shinto shrine, And More! Subject to changeは予定は未定（変わる可能性あり）という表現ですので覚えておくと便利です。 U-pick はアメリカで使われる語ですが、米語圏以外の学生（とは限らないかもしれませんが）達なら pick-your-own-fruit で良いと思います。 山全体に楓だけが生えてるとは思いませんので、紅葉鑑賞に替えました。通常「紅葉し始めた」という様な会話には、Leaves are turning という表現が使われますが、鑑賞のための眺める紅葉はしばしばfall foliageと呼ばれます。 コーヒー／ティータイムというにはcoffee/tea breaks がよく使われます。Privateという語を抜かしたのは、通常ビジネスは個人（private）でやっているものが多いので特に入れる必要がないと思われたからです。また、最後にもう一度同じ事が繰り返されているので、それは省きました。「古い」と「スタイリッシュ」という表現が同時に使われてもおかしくはないと思いますが、日本という異文化を学ぶ外国人学生の興味をそそるようなquaintとかrusticという形容詞を使われてはいかがでしょうか。 新年に神社を訪れるというのは神道に基づく神聖な習慣ですので、pilgrimageを使ってみました。イスラム教徒がメッカに行くことも pilgrimageと呼ばれます。 最後の部分は少し意味がわからないのですか、過去にやったイベントを表記したいのですか？それなら：Last BBQ was held at XXX とでも書けると思います。次のBBQなら、Next Event: BBQ, Date: xx/xx/xx, Venue: (場所）と箇条書きでオーケーです。
