Runtime Errorメッセージ消去方法
2012年の7月に Windows7 富士通LIFEBOOK AH77/Ｈ を購入したばかりです。 急にRuntime Error ! のメッセージが表示され、閉じる・OKをクイックしても反応がなく消えません。 画面消去方法を教えてください。 下記内容で表示されます。 PC知識がないのでよろしくお願いいたします。 Microsoft Viaual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error ! Program: ...ers\Owner\AppdDate\Local\GIZMO2\Data\deck\basic\basic.exe This application has requested the Runtime the to terminate it in an unusual way. Windows7を立ち上げるとRuntimeErrorの表示が出ます。 内容は Program: ers\Owner\AppData\Local\GIZMO2\Data\deck\basic\basicexe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way Please contact the applications support team for more infomation ・・・と出ます。とりあえずOKを押して消してます。RntimeErrorの質問が他にもあって参考に見てる のですが少し英語の文章が違うので躊躇しています。このエラ－が出る前はデスクトップに突然 Continue File Extractor Install ation というアイコンが出たりして よくわからずに削除したんです がこれは関係ないのでしょうか？？ パソコンは初心者で全く分かりません。よろしくお願いします。

こんにちは。初心者なので宜しくお願いします。 先ほど、パソコンを立ち上げたら、タイトルバーに「Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library」と表示され、 Runtime Error! Please contact the application's support team for more information. と出ました。が、このように普通に使えておりますし、何がどうなっているのやら、良く分かりません。 ランタイムエラーとのことなので、プログラムの起動が上手くいかなかったのだろうとは思うのですが、どこのカスタマーサポートに連絡すれば良いのかも分かりません。 どうしたら良いのでしょうか。

PCを起動させると、デスクトップにいきなりRuntime Error！が表示されるようになりました。 Runtime Error！ Program: ...ers\Owner\AppData\Local\GIZMO2\Data\deck\basic\basic.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information. という文章が出ます。 起動させ、デスクトップが表示されるとともに出ます。 （Windows７ Fujitsu ESPRIMO) これが理由かどうかわからないのですが、 先日、「C９」というオンラインゲームをインストールしました。 ゲームをプレイしようとすると 「ゲーム関係のないプログラムが作動中です」という感じの文章が出て、 ゲームが強制終了することが、インストールした当日何度も起きたので、再起動させました。 すると、ここから、Runｔｉｍｅ Error！が表示されるようになったのです。 ２，３日これを放置しておいたのですが、 昨日、ＰＣを立ち上げようとすると、真っ黒の背景に真っ白な英語の文章がたくさん出て、プログラムを確認？中？のようなことをしていました… PCについては詳しくなく、困っています。 C9をアンインストールすれば治るものなのでしょうか？？ よろしくお願いします。
