通常、c:\windows\svchost.exeというファイルはありません。 svchost.exeはウイルスのファイル名としてよく使われるので、ウイルスチェックをお勧めします。 なお、OSに含まれるsvchost.exeはc:\windows\system32内にあります。

Please contact the application's support team for more information. と出ました。が、このように普通に使えておりますし、何がどうなっているのやら、良く分かりません。 ランタイムエラーとのことなので、プログラムの起動が上手くいかなかったのだろうとは思うのですが、どこのカスタマーサポートに連絡すれば良いのかも分かりません。 どうしたら良いのでしょうか。

まったく知識がありません、よろしくお願いします。 インターネットを開こうとすると、Runtime Error!と出て開けません。内容は、 Microsoft VisualC ＋＋Runtime Library This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the applications support team for more infomation. と書いてあります。 とりあえず、家族に教わり、プログラムからアクセサリーを開いて、システムツール→システムの復元とやるとその時は使えるようになるのですが、いったん閉じるとまた同じRuntime Errorになるので、ずっとこの繰り返しをしています。家族はこれ以上はわからないそうです。 さらに、最近買って入れたNorton Antivirus 2005が、上の症状が出るようになってから、Norton Internet Worm Protectionが無効ですと出るようになってしまいました。 さっぱりわからないのですが、どなた様かどうしたらいいのか教えていただけないでしょうか。 よろしくお願いします。
