いいと思います。最後に r を加えれば I thought she already got into elementary school last year. But it was my misunderstanding. Congratulation for becoming a first grader! I thought she was already in school last year. But I guess I was wrong. I just wanted to say, "Congratulations for becoming a first-grader!" とも

Congratulations for entering elementary school. And please forgive my misunderstanding that your daughter had reached the age to go school last year. たぶん 先に お祝い言っちゃうってのが アメリカっぽいかなと。

添付ファイル文章の The younger brother, Alexey, had been a year already among us, having been the first of the three to arrive. についてです。 had been a yearですが、 アレクセイは、我々のあいだにすでに 1年(前から) いた。 このように解釈していますが、 存在のbe のあと a year だけで、 文法的にどうなっているのかわからないです。 解説お願いします。

アメリカのネットショップで小物を予約していました。どうしても欲しくて11月から予約していたんですが今回買えませんでした。理由を相手に聞いたら返事が来たのですがすみませんが意味を教えて下さい。ほんとに悲しいです・・・ When you first asked everything was hold but I’m not 100% sure where it got miss communicated. I thought everything shipped with last shipment from here. But after receiving your email is the time I notice it didn’t shipped. I believe warehouse thought it was holding for long time and they released it.
