直訳としては、 「どうも！ あなたの住所は私があまり馴染みのない記号を運んできています。もし英語で住所を送って貰えたら、即座にこれを発送します。ありがとう。敬意をこめて。」 意味としては、 「住所が読めないので、英語で送って下さい、届き次第品物を発送します。以上。」 という文章です。

先回答に準して、＠や．／など記号やアルファベットが 英文に見えても全角で入っているとか （&2f&0cなどダブルバイト記述混じりに化けます） 着荷住所をローマ字でなく日本語だけ登録した （漢字を装備しないパソコンやプリンターだと、 ブラウザ画面の静止画プリントしか取り出し出来ず、 国際宅配伝票や経理通関書類書くアプリに入らない。 読解できない人には住所表現の前後順番も不案内） いずれかだと思います。 個人情報そのものなので添削の仕方無いですけれど。

symbols と in English が鍵でしょうか。「見慣れない / 詳しく知らないシンボルがあるので、英語で住所を知らせてください。荷は直ぐに送ります」とあります。 例えば、相手は香港辺りの出品者で「日本語でも良いですよ」と最初返事が来たのでしょうか？ そして、貴方の住所に、向こうは余り使われない記号が混ざっていたのでしょうか？ 文字化けの可能性もありますが、化けていれば普通判ります。 その上で、英語で住所をお願いします、と成ったと推測します。
