そのまま訳すと「分散性媒質による電波の帯域幅における周波数と位相成分の変化」 になると思いますが、なんだかよくわからないですね(^^; 周波数分散とは周波数によって波の伝搬速度が変わること、 あるいはそれによって波の形が崩れてしまう現象を指します。
