wrap sopping ?
以下の動画、3：47付近で、ECB（欧州中央銀行）について、 if you look at ECB's job away from mall has it issue they get it wrap sopping... と聞こえるのですが、何と言っているのでしょうか？ wrap sopping の意味は何でしょうか？ ずぶぬれのものを包むようなダメな仕事ということでしょうか？よろしくお願いします。 http://www.bloomberg.com/video/81861054/

彼はモラルハザードの話をしているのです。 If you look at ECB's job away from the moral hazard issue they so got wrapped up in, ＥＣＢはモラルハザードの問題ばかりに気を取られて（wrapped upは包み込まれる）ＥＵがすでにリセッションに落ち込もうとしている点を考慮していないと言っています。ＥＣＢはインフレ懸念を理由に足をしきづり、今度はモラルハザードを理由にしているんですね。確かに、メンバー諸国の一部が無責任な財政政策で債務超過におちいったからといって、ＥＣＢが救済に当たっていたら、モラルハザードの問題が残りますが、だからといって放置して、状況がさらに悪化したら取り返しのつかない状態になる、ちょうど、2008年のアメリカと同じですね。

英語を始めたばかりで英訳に困っています。 この場合適切な英語は何ですか？ 仕事の関係でアメリカのオフィサーにメールをしなければなりません。 仕事が始まるまでの５ヶ月間ほどはビザがおりないので違う仕事でビザをとりアメリカにくることを進められました。 しかし弁護士に後で本当にとりたい労働ビザが取得しにくくなるので今はビザを取得しないほうがいいといわれたことを伝えたいのですが。。。 I talked lawyer about working VISA. If I get a job at the shop and get the working VISA now, I will become difficult to get the VISA when I came to being able to work at the office, so they said it is better for me don't get a VISA if it is possible to get a job in my future at the office.
