個人輸入でトラブルがおきてしまいました。
商品を注文して、VISAでビットカードから引き落しがありました。 その後ショップから、 We have received your order. Unfortunately we do not accept international credit cards. You will need to send bank wire transfer to process shipment. とメールが送られてきました。 引き落しされているのに、銀行へ送金（何を？）しなければならないという事でしょうか？ キャンセルしようと思いますが、どのようなメッセージを送れば良いでしょうか？ 引き落とされた代金の回収もしたいです。 個人輸入に詳しい方、英語に詳しい方、 助けて頂けませんでしょうか？ どうぞ宜しくお願いします。

送金金額は、売り手に確認をしてください。送金差額の送金だろうと思います。また、返金もどうなるか、確認を取ってください。 デビットカードで、引き落とされたとしても、相手方に、お金が渡っているわけではないと思いますので、カード発行会社に相談されることをお勧めします。

注文を受け取ったが、残念ながら、国際クレジットカード（での決済）は、受け付けません。出荷手続きをするなら、銀行電信送金をする必要があります。 通常のクレジットカードなら、出荷時点での課金ですが、デビットカードでは、オーダーを受けた時点で、口座から引き落とされます。通常、個人輸入の際には、通常の国際クレジットカードを使います。この場合、返金を要求すると手数料が発生します。もし送金すれば、返金手数料は、発生しないでしょう。金額と欲しい程度、日本で入手できない物など、考慮して、キャンセルなり、送金することになると思います。 キャンセルするなら、メール返信して、キャンセル・オーダーを送り、refundを依頼します。少額だと全部手数料で消えてしまう可能性があります。 送金するなら、銀行口座（bank account )を聞き出して、銀行へ行って、送金手数料を払って当日レートで送金することになります。 返金手数料と送金手数料が、同じぐらいなら、送金した方が、良いと思います。

返答ありがとうございます。 カード会社に事情を話したら、取り戻す手続きをする事になりましたが、 出来ない可能性もあるとの事でした。 連休明けにお店の方にメールをしたいと思います。 教えて頂いた、エキサイトの翻訳でがんばってみようと思います。 international credit cardsは使えなくてもデビットカードで引き落しされるとは、 考えつきませんでした。
