外国に迷惑メール通報、英語の返信文の訳
- 外国に迷惑メール通報後、英語の返信文の厳密な意味がわからない。対処方法が分からず困っている。
- eNomという外国のドメイン取得代行業社に通報した結果、返答があったが、一部分の意味が不明。
- 返信文には、「追加情報が必要な場合を除き、返信や更新は受け取れない」と書かれている。

Vodafoneの携帯電話ですが、毎回同じメールアドレスの出会い系（？）から30分おきくらいにメールがくるようになり非常にイライラしています。 「迷惑メール事業者通報」というのがあったので通報してみたのですが、これをすればそのアドレスからのメールを拒否してくれるんでしょうか？それともただVodafoneに通報するだけという意味でしょうか？ 迷惑メールはその業者からひとつだけなので、できればメルアドを変えたくありません。

先日、初めて海外通販を試みました。 ネット画面での作業は何事もなく済みましたが、 本日先方からメールが届きました。翻訳ツールを使って 何となくカードの承認ができなかったということは分かりますが、 その後の対応が翻訳ツールを使っても変な翻訳になっていまいちよく分かりません。 以下が送られてきたメール文章です。 Our credit card authorization system indicated that the address that you keyed for the "Bill to:" did not exactly match the address per your card issuing company. The way our system works is that when an order is placed we obtain a credit card / debit card authorization. As part of the authorization process our card authorizing system contacts the bank that issued the card to verify that there is sufficient credit on the account to cover the purchase and the address that the customer keyed into our system as the "Bill to" for the credit card matches the "Bill to" per the issuing bank's records. Unfortunately, the issuing bank for your card is telling us that the "Bill to" address doesn't exactly match the "Bill to" on the account. You may reply by return email to verify your current billing address, send us an email at AVS@b3custserv.com or contact us at 866.443.7442. I don't understand my character name. My name is A,and the email that is connected to the account is "B".」という文章でいいのでしょうか？

アメリカのサイトに在庫を問い合わせるメールを送ったのですが ４８時間以内にメール返信しますとサイトに書かれているにもかかわらず ３日目の今日も返事が来ません。 もしかしたら迷惑メールフィルタ等にひっかかっているのかもしれないので （一応、迷惑メールのフォルダやごみ箱フォルダもこまめにチェックしているのですが） 「万一メールを送信済なら別のメールアドレスへ再送して欲しい」 といった内容を送りたいのですが I'd like to confirm that you received my e-mail. I am worried that the e-mail may have gotten lost in transit. I haven't received your reply yet. If you have already sent you an email to me, please send email again to other email address "a@b.com". Your e-mail might be automatically deleted as spam by mistake. というような感じで意味は通じますでしょうか？

英語が苦手なせいで、 「苦情の件数が増すから（=再度報告したとしても無駄で迷惑です。）」 なのかな？？…とか変な深読みをしてしまったり、してました。 訳してくださったおかげで、相手の意図がわかって行動とりやすいです。 処理してくれるのは eNom という会社次第ですし、相手の意に添わない事をしてクレーマーとして処理されたらイヤですしね。 これで、これからも迷惑メールが来たならば心置きなく通報できます。 ありがとうございます。助かりました。
