私の家からここにくるのに1時間半かかりますという時 it takes one and a half hours to come here from my houseか it takes one and a half hours from my house to come hereどちらが自然な感じなのでしょうか？？

「学校まで何時間かかりますか。」 をテキスト翻訳したら、 「How many hours does it take it to a school?」 と英訳されました。 takeのあとのit の意味が分からないのと、 to a schoolのaは必要なのかという疑問です。 よろしくお願いいたします。

take=(時間が)かかる、についての構文について。 次の文ですが (今度)買った自転車のおかげで、駅まで以前の半分の時間で行けるようになった。 Thanks to my new bicycle, I can now get to the station in half the time it used to take. この文のtakeの構文が理解できません。 take=(時間が)かかる という使い方をする時の構文としては 駅まで徒歩で3時間かかる。 It takes me three hours to walk to the station. というように、Itは仮主語でto以下が真主語、という使い方をするということを、例文ごと丸暗記していたのですが、先に挙げた文ではtakeの真主語がありません。 手持ちの文法書をあらかた見たのですが、すべてtoで導かれる真主語がありました。 先に挙げた文が理解できないので教えてください。

この英語を間違えてるところ直して欲しいです。 My memories of childhood is about my grandmother and grandfather. They live in Himeji,it's takes an hour from my house. They grow Yuzu and figs. I helped the hartest,and we ate it together. Now, my grandmother makes jam with them,and send it to me.

Actually I also have an extra bath robe you can use. You can use everything in my house ... please consider my house as your home for Do we take off our shoes when we enter the house? Generally speaking ... no. But in my house yes. I always take of my shoes when I enter the house and put on my slippers. And I also ask everybody who enters to do this. (I will prepare slippers for you). So in the house I walk around with my slippers and to go to the bedroom I take off my slippers. But I think in Japanese house it's a little bit different. The part of the house where you can't wear shoes, the floor is a little bit higher, no? Can you be honest ... have you never walked in your house with your shoes? Really never? You were never a naught girl? hahaha
