文法的には正しくないですね、ただ相手に一応通じる英語だと思います。彼らがネイティブがどうかは見当がつきません。ただ文法の知識がないからこのように書いているわけではないと思います。チャットやメールなどの文面ではよくある事なのではと思います。

はい、常識ある人なら使わない方がいいと思うんですが、 こういう会話を米国などですることもあるんですか？ 通じるからＯＫなのか、通じてもダメなのかよくわからないです。 ありがとうございます。
