英訳おねがいします！

下記のような場合、こんな英訳ではおかしいでしょうか。 レポート提出になります。２件あります。 ○○の数字は、▲▲売上を除いた■■費及び◆◆費とする。（定義するという意味です。） ○○figure is defined as ■■cost and ◆◆cost, excluding▲▲sales. あともうひとつあります。 ●●代金入金については、６月末日に(当社支払と)相殺予定。 The payment of ●● is scheduled to offset our payment by the end of June. めちゃくちゃな文法ですが、どうかお願いいたします。

■特に文法には問題はないと思います。表現したい内容通りの意味になっているか考えて見ました。会計に関する文書ですよね？ ■最初の文は『費用』の数字を定義しているのでしょう？「▲▲売上」の部分は、正確には「▲▲売上に関する■■費及び◆◆費」としなければ意味がないのでは？であればexcluding those for ▲▲ sales としてみては如何？ ■2番目の文は期限の特定であれば"by the end of"ではなくて"at the end of"の方がよろしいかと思います。 また補足ですが offset　ないし set off は米語では他動詞で前置詞を取りませんが、英語ではagainstを挟んで自動詞で用いられることが多いです。 ■あんまりお役に立てなくてごめんなさい。解釈間違ってたらお赦しくださいまし。
