オーストラリアは大陸が広いので、日本のように上水道が完備しているところが少なく、自宅に雨水を貯めるタンクを設置しているところが多くあります。 このような背景から、 また連絡してね。家の水槽タンクがたまるように、いっぱい雨を送ってください。 と言うことですね。

オーストラリアの気候を調べたところ乾燥していて降水量も比較的少ないようです。 納得ですね。
比喩的な表現として解釈すれば， 「慈雨をおくって，ぼくの心の水槽を満たしておくれ」 といいたいのかもしれません。
オーストラリアは大干ばつ、雨が欲しいんです。(泣)

雨の話題かなんかされたんですか？ 話の前後を聞かないとなんともいえません。

回答ありがとうございます。 雨の話はしてないです。 最近調子はどう？みたいなメールを送ったら、調子はいいよ！の後に上記の文章が書かれていました。
