You must of wrote the book. この文法の解釈を教えてください。

文法的には“You must have...”が正しいです。 でも、音声的に言うと、“You must have”のhaveはすごく軽く発音するところですから、ofとほとんど同じ発音になってしまいます。 無理やりカタカナで書くと、「ユーマスタヴ」とか「ユーマストヴ」みたいな感じでしょうか。 ということで、ネィティブでも、学校で文法を真面目に勉強しなかった人は、耳で聞いた発音をそのままつづっているつもりで、You must ofと書く人が多いのです。

これでしょうか？ http://www.lyricsmode.com/lyrics/t/the_higher/its_only_natural.html たしかにYou must have wrote the book.になっていますね。YouTubeでもそのように歌われていますが、方言なのか単に無知なのか解りません。ともかく、正規の英語ではありませんね。

I really enjoy cooking. 上の文章で「You must have gone to a lot of trouble preparing it.」の部分は「用意されるの大変だったでしょう。」という訳なのですが、どうしてそういう訳になるのでしょうか？ 「must have 過去分詞」は「～したに違いない」で分かるのですが、その後が「それを準備する際、たくさんのトラブルへ行った」？？？？ 詳しい説明をよろしくお願いいたします。

- mustとshouldの違いについて
中学で mustは「～しなければならない」、shouldは「～すべきだ」の意味だと教わりました。 どちらも、日本語では似たような意味だし、英語と日本語のズレも考えたら mustとshouldの違いは 訳語の意味の違いに還元できる問題ではないと思います。それについては、この間、関連する質問の とある回答で “I think it's only Japanese who treat "you should go" and "you must go" in the same way. Actually, it is not. It can't be, because "should" doesn't have any power to order someone to do something for your favor.” という一節がありました。 そこで質問ですが、mustとshouldの根本的な意味の違いって何でしょうか？
