知り合いが22日に日本にいるからあおうといってきましたが、私はどうしても忙しくて合うことができません。これを相手に伝えたいのですが、
「ごめんなさい、私は２4日に引っ越しをするから、その準備などで22日あたりは忙しい。六月になると暇になるんだけど、今月以降会いたいです」
と丁寧に言いたいです。教えてください
I'm really sorry, I'm going to move on 23th. so Im so busy to ready for move around 22th.. My schedule will be free on June. so I wold like to meet you on and after May.

日付は "the + 序数" で表します。
"the 23rd/the 22nd" です。
... あと、"２4日に引っ越しをする" のなら、"... move on the 24th" です。^^

kwlvさんが引っ越しをするからといって、謝まることはありません。
会えないことを謝まりたいんですよね。
"忙しいから会えない" と続ける方がいいと思います。
"I'm sorry, but I don't think I can find time to see you this month."

"move" を名詞で使うなら、"the move" にします。
でも "ready to move" の方がよく使われてます。

> on June

月は "in + name of the month" です。

> on and after May

例えば、"on and after May 25th" なら大丈夫、使えます。^^
意味も "5 月 25 日以降" になります。
"今月以降" にすると、"in and after this month" になります。
... が、"以降" とすると、今月も含んでしまいますけど、いいんですか？ ^^

I'm really sorry, but I don't think I can find time to see you this month. I'm moving on the 24th, and I'll be busy to get ready to move around the 22nd. My schedule isn't so tight for the next month, so hopefully, we both can find time to get together early in June.

"23rd"です。"23th"という言葉はありません。

>22th
これも"22nd"です。序数詞は"1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th..."という風になります。

>on June
「日」には"on"、「月」には"in"です。"in June"でなくてはなりません。

>on and after May
同様に"in or after May"です。"and"を使うと「五月と五月以降」に二度会うことになりますから、一度会うのなら"or"でないといけません。
