疫学の英語の訳で・・・
The proportional hazards assumption in the Cox model was assessed with graphical methods and with models including time-by-covariate interactions. の訳は 「コックスモデルの比例している危険仮定は時間による相互作用を含む図式解法とモデルにより評価された。」 でいいでしょうか？？ 疫学が全然わかりません・・・

こんにちは、、 「コックスモデル中の比較ハザード仮説は、図式解法と時間を共変量とする相互作用を含むモデルによって算定された。」 とかなるのかも知れませんが、疫学の専門用語は、一般英和辞書で調べても出てきません。 例えば文中の、「assumption」は、hypothesisと共に、英和辞書では、「仮定、仮説」等と出てきますが、疫学上の意味は違います。 http://www.medilexicon.com/medicaldictionary.php?t=8026 日本語でどのように定訳が出来ているのか分かりませんが、私の持っている医学用語専門英和辞書でも、一緒の訳語でした。 中々と、疫学専門英単語の定訳を教えてくれる辞書はありません。 なので、今回の訳は他の専門用語含め、日本での定訳を知っている人が見たらひどい訳かも知れません。 疫学は簡単なので、一度教科書を買って初めから読んで見るのが良いと思います。 基本は３ヶ月もあれば直ぐに分かりますよ。

Meta review of systematic and meta analytic reviews on movement differences, effect of movement based interventions, and the underlying neural mechanisms in autism spectrum disorder Abstract Purposes: To identify and appraise evidence from published systematic and meta analytic reviews on (1) movement differences of individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD); (2) the effects of movement based interventions for ASD; (3) hypothesized underlying neural mechanisms for the movement characteristics. Methods: A meta review of published systematic and meta analytic reviews on movement differences, structural, and functional brain anomalies in ASD and the effects of movement based interventions for individuals with ASD between 1806 and October 2012. The methodological quality of the identified systematic and meta analytic reviews was independently assessed by two assessors with the assessment of multiple systematic reviews (AMSTAR). Results: The search yielded a total of 12 reviews that met the inclusion/exclusion criteria. The methodological quality of the reviews varied, but the review conclusions were similar. Although individuals with ASD generally perform less well than age-matched controls in developmental movement tasks, there are few exceptions whose movement abilities are intact. Most movement based interventions report their efficacies. However, all existing studies employ the research design that is inherently incapable of providing strong evidence, and they often fail to report the extent of psychosocial interactions within the movement interventions. The hypothesized neural mechanisms are still under development and speculative in nature. Conclusions: It is premature to designate movement disturbance as a core symptom of ASD. The effects of movement based interventions on the present ASD core symptoms need to be further validated by stronger evidence and verified theoretical mechanisms linking ASD with movement disorders.

英語が訳せず困っています。 スポーツ健康科学系の論文なのですが、統計分析のところで訳が出来ず詰まってしまいます。 なんとか辞書や専門用語の教科書などで訳したところも、いまいち意味が通じず、合っているのかもわかりません。この文章に既に何日もかかっています。 長文で申し訳ありませんが、お力を貸して頂きたいです。 内容は肥満者が減量した後のリバウンドの経緯を3つのグループに分けて18ヶ月間調査したというものです。 Data were analyzed using SPSS for Windows version 13.0 (21). Descriptive statistics are presented as means ± standard deviation (SD). Group differences on continuous variables assessed at baseline were evaluated using analyses of variance (ANOVA) with weight loss method as the grouping variable. Chi square tests were used to examine group differences on categorical variables. Group differences in weight regain at 6, 12, and 18 months were evaluated using analyses of variance (ANOVA) with weight loss method as the between subjects factor. Group differences across time in overall percent weight loss (initial weight loss and maintenance) were evaluated using repeated measures ANOVA, with weight loss method as the between subjects factor and percent weight reduction from maximum weight (at baseline, 6, 12, and 18 months) as the within subjects factor. Participants lost to follow-up were assumed to have gained .30 kilograms per month, as has been used in prior studies (10, 22, 23). Analyses were first conducted without adjustments for covariates and were then adjusted for variables found to differ at baseline (p<.10) across weight loss method, including gender, baseline weight, intentional weight loss (cycling) history, baseline percent fat intake, and percent weight reduction at baseline (i.e., initial weight loss). Analyses were also adjusted for duration of weight loss maintenance and STOP Regain treatment group (face-to-face intervention, internet intervention, newsletter control). Repeated measures ANOVAs with weight loss method as the between subjects factor and time (baseline and 6 months) as the within subjects factor were used to examine group × time interactions for dietary intake, physical activity, depressive symptoms, and eating behavior. Tests of significance were based on alpha of .05. For repeated measures analyses, Greenhouse-Geisser correction was used, where appropriate, to adjust for sphericity. - これって疫学研究？
何度か介入を伴う疫学研究を行ったことのある民間研究者です。 これまで行った試験は全て、「疫学研究に関する倫理指針」を遵守し、 研究計画書の作成から倫理審査委員会への諮問、インフォームドコンセントの実施等々まで 行って参りました（当たり前ですが）。 自社社員を対象に、群分けもせず、市販の食品（トクホなどではない普通の食品） を適当期間摂取させ、採血を伴わないような（体重や血圧等）のみを 自発的にチェックしてもらい、その傾向を見たい、また報文化する予定もない、 と言う極単純な試験に於いても、 倫理指針を遵守する必要があるでしょうか。 「疫学研究に関する倫理指針」を見ると、その適用範囲は 「人の疾病の成因及び病態の解明並びに予防及び治療の方法の確立を目的とする 疫学研究を対象とし、これに携わるすべての関係者に遵守を求めるものである。」 とありますが、上述のような試験は疫学調査に当たらないと判断できないでしょうか？ そのような試験にどんな目的があるかと言ったご指摘は無しにして、 ご意見を頂ければ幸いです。

私は今は医療関係の仕事をしていますが、音楽も専門的に勉強していました。 そこで、これから演奏家の心身面の管理に関して少しずつ研究して行きたいと思っています。 プロアマ含め演奏家の方々がより良い身体で長く演奏をしていただきたいと考えています。しかし１過度な身体使用で体をいためる、２もしくは管楽器演奏者などは、脳血管障害が多い（普通の人より腹圧がかかる時間が多いから、など）といったことはあるでしょうか。（１はよくきくことですが、具体的にどんなことで困っているでしょう？） 演奏家の方、演奏家を診ている医療関係の方、その他詳しい方情報がありましたら、書き込みをお願いいたします。

私は今、医療関係の仕事をしていますが、それ以前には音楽も専門的に勉強していました。 そこで、今後、演奏家の心身面の管理について少しずつでも研究したいと思っています。 プロアマ含め演奏家の方がよりよい身体条件でより長く演奏ができることを願っています。 演奏家特有の障害についてどんなものがあるのかを知りたいと思っています。オーバーユースによる運動器の故障はよくきくところですが、その他に例えば管楽器奏者は脳血管障害が多い（これはあくまで想像です）などありますでしょうか？ どんなことでもかまいませんので、演奏家の方、医療関係の方、その他興味のある方など、情報をいただければ幸いです。

与謝野晶子さんの「君死にたまふことなかれ」の、 英語訳があったら読んでみたいと思ってます。 検索しても載っているページがみつかりません。 私としては、できれば中国語訳の参考にしたいのですが… そもそも日本人の悲劇を書いた作品が、 アメリカなどで翻訳されていいものなんでしょうか？ 韓国では日本人を被害者扱いしているという理由で、 「火垂の墓」が放送中止になったくらいですから、 中国だって反日だから、「君死にたまふ～」を 中国語に訳されたら、中国人は怒ってしまいますかね？ どうなんでしょうか？
