かなり英語には自信がありませんが。あくまでも私だったらの話です。 まずはじめに Dear Sir と文頭につけましょう。私だったらHelloはつけないかな。(Dear Sir で十分かねるから） >It is ００ who stayed at RoomＯＯ from January 14 to 16th. I stay your hotel at #OO(部屋番号） Since 14th to 16th in Jan. >Would not you leave a souvenir in a room? I left my baggege that was my souvenir in the room I staied.(souvenirはthingをつけなくてもお土産言う意味で通じるため） If you found it, Could you send it to Japan？ And please tell me how much is the cost to send. といくかもしれません。 >I look forward to an answer. I'm looking forword your reply, soon. それで最後にSincerly,といれます。 I am sorry in poor English.やThank you はいりません。 私たちはあくまでお客です。こちらから頼むとはいえ、Customerという立場をはっきりさせていいと思います。 本屋さんでも英語の文例集が売っています。 そこで一度雛形を見てみるといいと思います。 かなり自信はありません。

御礼が遅くなってすみませんでした。 いろいろ文章を考えていただきありがとうございます。 英文でのことは本当にやっかいです。もう少しきちんと勉強しておけばよかった と本当に思います。 どうしても自分の忘れてきたものを探してもらうということで、お客という感覚 で言えなかったんですよね。でも外国ではそんなこと考えなくてもいいのかな？ ついつい「お世話をかけます」って思ってしまいます。 本屋さんに文例が乗っている本がありますね。１度探してみたいと思います。 本当にありがとうございました。

旅行会社に問い合わせるのもありですが、海外のホテルの場合大きい所でないと、このような問い合わせは無視される事もあるので御注意ください。それに、手数料を請求されると思います。 また、大きい所のホテルで、日本人の職員や日本語のしゃべれる人がいるのでしたら、直接電話をかけ、Would you change to Japanese speaker?等と言って、日本語のしゃべれる人にかわってもらい、お願いするのもありだと思います。通じていれば、多分、Just a moment, pleaseと返って来ると思いますし、通じていなければ、Excuse, me?かI'm sorryと聞き返されると思うので、はっきりと言いなおせば良いと思います。 多分、この英文じゃ、なかなか通じないと思いますし、手紙で出すにしても、メールにしても最後に、Sinceary yours, 改行して名前か、With kind regards,改行して名前とするのが一般的です。

レスをありがとうございました。 日本語をしゃべれる人がいるそうなんですが、滞在中には１度も見ませんでした。 ホテルは四つ星ホテルなんですが、対応してもらえないかもしれないのですか？ やはり、高い料金でも旅行会社に任せる方がいいのかもしれませんね。 うっかり忘れてきたのを本当に後悔しています。 上記の英文じゃなかなか通じないのでしょうか？ 英語が不得意って本当に不便ですね。がんばって勉強しようかなって思いました。 回答をありがとうございました。

通常は旅行者に任せる方がいいですが、そのための料金をぼったくられるのもバカバカしいと思えば、ダメ元で手紙を出してみるのもいいと思いますよ。ただ、手紙だと往復に時間がかかりすぎるので、FAX番号がわかっていれば、FAXで送ると返事が早くていいと思います。あるいは、大きなホテルならホームページを持っていることもあるので、そこでメールアドレスを調べてメールを送るというのも一つの手です。 いずれにしてもこういう場合、こちらは「お客様」なのですから、割り切ってドライに書くようにした方がいいと思います。ですので、あまりこちらがへりくだった書き方をしたり、ましてや「英語がまずくてすみません」のような文句は不要だと思いますよ。 参考までに、私ならこう書く、というのを下にあげておきます。 Hello. This is ００ who stayed at your RoomＯＯ from January 14 till 16th. I've been wondering if I had left one of my belongings in the room. It was a souvenir for my friend(?) and I am very disappointed to have left it. The details of it（内容は略） In case you are aware of it and still keeping, I would like you kindly to send it back to me in Japan. Of course I will pay for the shipping fare that costs you as soon as you tell me the way and the amount. I'm looking forward to your answer. Thank you

レスをありがとうございました。 泊まったホテルはＨＰをもっているので、メールを送ることができます。 だから自分でやってみてもいいかなぁ？なんて考えていました。 旅行会社を通すとお土産自体の倍近い料金で調べてもらうことになりそうなん です。そして送ってもらうことになれば、お土産の７倍近くの料金がかかるかも 知れないそうです。（これはホテルから直接送ってもらった場合にもかかるとは 思いますが・・・） こんなときほど「英語ができれば・・・」って思うことはありません。 ただ自分で問い合わせた場合、何かあった際には本当にお手上げ状態になりそうで 少し悩んでいます。 参考文例をありがとうございました。もし自分で問い合わせる際には参考にさせて いただきますね。 ありがとうございました。

旅行会社に任せた方がいいと思います。 国にもよるのでしょうが、無料で荷物を調べてもらったり返信を書いてもらうのも悪いですからチップを渡す方法（調べるときは手紙にチップを同封？など）の問題もありますし。 ＞Would not you leave a souvenir in a room ＞How is it, does a payment method of a rate of the case rise? 少なくともこの2文は変だと思いました。

早々にありがとうございます。 やはり旅行会社におまかせしたほうがよさそうですね。 私は英語が得意ではなく、翻訳ソフトでこの手紙の文章も作成しました。 自分でも何かおかしいんじゃないかな？って思う文章もあったので、ここで相談 させていただきました。（そんな表現もありなのかわからなかったので・・・） 旅行会社を通して調べてもらうほうが、あとあとややこしくならないかもしれない ですよね。 ありがとうございました。

Say I love you, only when you mean it and make sure they know you mean it. Make excuses to call you every 5 minutes when am at work. Even if you are really busy doing something, go out of your way to call and say I love you. Let there never be a second during any given day that you aren't thinking about each other, and make sure you knows it. よろしくお願いします。

こんにちは、いつもお世話はになってます。少し長文ですが、 通訳してください。 Wow! 5 Kids. I dont have kids, and i'm not married yet. Well, I only left school a few weeks ago. I am going on holiday next week So i will take lots of photos and perhaps i can show them to you? I am staying in the UK for my Holiday so you will be able to see a bit of what it is like around here, :) It is summer here too and very Hot. I thought it would be winter in japan right now, seeing as it is on the other side of the world. Guess i was wrong :) I went to australia a couple of years ago and was told that it a very popular place for japanese tourists to go. Have you ever been there? I ended up being photographed with a large Japanese family while I was there because i had a very pretty bird sat on my hand.

御礼がお遅くなってすみませんでした。 参考ＵＲＬを見させていただきました。まさに同じ状況なので、電話する際には 本当に役立ちそうです。 電話の方が意外にスムーズっていうのはビックリしました。普段の英語で大丈夫ならなんとかなりそうかなぁと思いました（あまり自信はないけど・・・） 手紙とかは無視されたり忘れられたりする可能性があるのですね。電話ならすぐに 対応してもらえそうですよね。 １度がんばってみたいと思います。本当にありがとうございました。
