検索してみると、裁判の席で「証拠書類ABCを提示します」と発言 するときに使われているようですね。契約書なら添付書類ということ になるのかも知れません。 訳のほうはわからないのですが、構文について一言。構造としては、 There is a copy of the Petition (now produced and shown to me marked ABC). あるいは A copy of the Petition is now produced and shown to me marked ABC. ということです。おそらく。慣用表現としては now produced and shown to me marked XXX までで、検索してみると、その前後については色々な表現パターンがあ りました。例えばこんな文。 A certified true copy of the Order of Court aforesaid is now produced and shown to me marked Exhibit ‘KL1’.
