米国特許の配列形式は 発明の名称　（title of the invention） 関連する出願の参照　（cross-reference to related applications） 連邦政府による資金提供を受けた研究開発の記載　（statement regarding federally sponsored research or development） シーケンスリスト等の参照　（reference to a "Sequence Listing," a table, or a computer program listing appendix submit-ted on a compact disc and an incorporation-by-reference of the material on the compact disc） 発明の背景　（background of the invention） 発明の概要　（brief summary of the invention） 図面の簡単な説明　（brief description of the several views of the drawing） 発明の詳細な説明　（detailed description of the invention） クレーム　（claims） 要約文　（abstract of the disclosure） だったとおもいますが、欧州特許の形式は上記とどう違いますか？その他、作成時に気をつけるべき点はありますか？

    特許の話でもあり英語の話でもあります．ある技術の成果目標を英文の書類で用意することになり， 次の項目を記入するように言われました． １）Number of invention disclosure ２）Number of patents filed この違いは一体何でしょうか．１）は発明届出書のことのようですが，特許申請件数のことに相当するものと考えております．すると2)との違いは何でしょうか．2)も特許の申請件数と見ましたが，それとも，特許が公開，審査されて，晴れて登録された件数ということでしょうか？ 宜しくお願いします．

    　特許を調べていて下記のような疑問が生じました。このケースに関し、解釈の仕方をご教示いただければ幸いです。 　発明人が同一の物質特許が２種類存在したとします。両者の関係は。広めの請求範囲を有する特許A（単項式、マーカシュ形式で記載）と、特許Aを少し縮めた請求項を持つ特許B（単項式、マーカシュ形式で記載）です。請求項以外の部分については、両者で全く違いがありません。後者は、前者の出願のわずか２ヶ月後に出願されています。前者は。請求項の広さのわりに実施例が少ないという理由から拒絶理由通知を受け、結局後者と同じ範囲まで請求項を縮めています。しかしこの両特許はいずれも特許登録されました。 　発明人が異なる場合、当然後願は排除されると思いますが。このケースでは出願人が同じであるため、先後願の関係にはならないと思われます。しかし、だからといって全く内容が同じ特許が成立するものなのでしょうか。 　ちなみに、これらの特許は。昭和５４年の出願です。
