the first time, every timeの適切な訳は？
会社紹介の文章を和訳していて、このような文章がありました。 "We are committed to provide customers with what they want the first time, everytime." 最後の部分がどういう意味で使われているのかよく分かりません。分かる方がいらっしゃいましたら、アドバイスお願いいたします！

客のニーズにいかに的確かつ迅速に対応しているかを、言葉遊びを活用しながら謳っているのでしょう。例えば「これ、ちょうだい（１回目）。あら、ダメなの？ 困ったわねえ。じゃ、仕方ないわ。あれ、ちょうだいな（２回目）」ということも、「これ、ちょうだい（１回目）。ちょっとぉ、これ、ちょうだいってば！（２回目）」ということがないわけです。ちなみに、「the first time <they want it>」という意味なわけであり、「the first time <we hear it>」ではないので、「お客が望むものを、最初にその希望を聞いたときに」という意味とは少し違うと思います。

We are committed to serving your needs. 上の二つの文でcommitted toが使われていますが、この後ろにつく形は動詞、動名詞どちらでもいいのでしょうか？ また意味に違いはでてくるのでしょうか？ 以前同じような質問をした時に「committed to do」の形はない、というような回答をして頂いた記憶があったのですが実際に上のように使われています。これらはどちらでも意味に大差はない、という解釈でいいのでしょうか？ なんとなくcommitted to doingは前置詞のtoの感覚で「～すること」へ向けて一生懸命、でcommitted to doだと不定詞のtoの感覚で「～するため」に一生懸命、というように感じますが意味は同じように思えます。。。 以前同じようなことを質問したような気もしますが正しくわかっていなかった為、もう一度同じような質問かもしれませんが宜しくお願いします。
