エラーチェックによる起動不能について
- エラーチェックを行った後、起動できなくなった場合の対処法を教えてください。
- HPデスクトップでエラーチェックを行った後、青い画面が表示されてWindowsが起動しない問題が発生しました。

エラーチェックをしたら起動できなくなりました
お助けください。 HPのデスクトップで、マイコン→C:のプロパティ→ツールタブ→エラーチェック（チェックディスクのオプションをonで）を行いました。そのまま放置した翌朝、青い画面で、「A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. If this is the first time you've seen this stop error sccreen,restart your computer. If this screen appears again,follow these steps:」Disable or uninstall any anti-virus,disk defragmentation or back up utilities. Check your hard drive configration, and check for any updated drivers. Run CHKDSK/F to check for hard drive corruption, and then restart your computer.Technical information:STOP:0x00000024／・・・」 と表示されており、restartしたらちらっとWindowsのスタート画面も出てくるのですが、すぐさま青い画面にもどってしまい、この繰り返しになってしまいます。Windowsを起動させるにはどうしたらよいか教えてください。よろしくお願いします。

こんにちは。 横側から失礼いたします。 「Ｆ２」キーを押す＝連打するタイミングについてです。 (1)電源ボタンを押すと，電源チャイム音と共にメーカーロゴが出ます。 NECやソニーなどの商標マークです。 (2)次に，このメーカーロゴが消えると，１，２秒して，Windowsの起動ロゴとインジケーター画面が出ます。 この(2)にて，Windowsのインジケーターが出る前に「Ｆ２」キーを押すのです。 つまり，(1)のソニーなどのメーカーロゴが消えてからすぐの，そのタイミングです。 このタイミングにて，トン・トン・トンと１秒間に２回～３回ぐらいの間隔にて，Ｆ２キーを連打します。 こうすると，Basic Input&Output System＝BIOSの画面が立ち上がります。後は，Ｎｏ．１さんのおっしゃっている要領にて進めてください。 ちなみに，Ｆ８キーを押して，「Windows拡張オプションメニュー」を出すときもこのタイミングです。 何かのお役に立てば幸いです。

チェックディスクで、起動不能になることを経験しております。多分起動に関わるファイルが壊れていると思います。修復セットアップも試みましたが、当方でもダメでした。セーフモードでは起動いたしましたので、ファイル等は、セカンダリのＨＤＤにコピーし、リカバリいたしました。 残念ですが、リカバリするのが手っ取り早いです。

BIOS設定 手順；起動とほぼ同時に、キーボードのF2押す→F9押し画面のYにマークしEnter押す→F10押し画面のYにマークしEnter押す。其の後で、システムの復元を、正常（エラーチック前日）に作動していた日で実行します。

早速の回答ありがとうございます。F2を押してみましたが、何もおきず。もしかすると私のタイミングが悪いのかもしれないです。 実は青い画面から電源を落として再起動すると青い画面の前に、黒い画面で 「ご迷惑をおかけしております。Windowsが正しく開始できませんでした。最近のハードウェアまたはソフトウェアの更新が原因の可能性があります。 コンピューターが対応しない場合、予期せず再開始した場合、ファイルとフォルダの保護のため自動的にシャットダウンした場合、前回正常起動時の構成を選択して、正しく機能した最新の設定に戻してください。 前回の試みが電源障害、あるいは電源ボタンのリセットボタンを押して中断された場合、または原因不明の場合は、通常起動を選択してください。 セーフモード セーフモードとネットワーク セーフモードとコマンドプロンプト Windowsを通常起動する と選択できるのですが、どれを選択しても起動とほぼ同時に、青い画面に戻ってしまいます。 F2を押すタイミングはどのあたりかおしえてくれませんか？

- 自分のパソコンのwindowsが起動しなくなりました。
パソコンの電源を付けると、セーフモード等の選択画面になり、セーフモードで起動したらブルーバック画面とともに以下の英文が表示され、windowsが起動出来ない状態になってしまいました。 A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
