自分のパソコンのwindowsが起動しなくなりました。
パソコンの電源を付けると、セーフモード等の選択画面になり、セーフモードで起動したらブルーバック画面とともに以下の英文が表示され、windowsが起動出来ない状態になってしまいました。 A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears agin, follow these step: check for viruses on your computer. Remove any newly installed hard drives or hard drive controllers. Check your hard drive to make sure it is properly configured and terminated. Run CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive corruption, and then restart your computer. 再起動しても同じ画面しか出なく、ずっと待ってても何の変化もありません。 経験のある方、対処法を知っている方は回答おねがいします。

すでに出ている和訳文は、明らかにコンピュータによる自動翻訳なので、少々理解しがたい点がありますが・・・。 問題が発見されたので、パソコンが深刻なダメージを負う前にシャットダウンしました。 このブルー画面を始めてみたのなら、パソコンを再起動してください。 もし再びこの画面が現れるようならば、以下の手順を行ってください。 ウイルスチェックを行ってください。 新しいハードウエアもしくはドライバをインスートルしようとしていたのならば、取り外しあるいは削除を行ってください。 ハードウエアが適切に設定されているか確認してください。 CHKDSK/Fを実行してデータの損傷がないか確認してください。 その後パソコンを再起動してください。 という意味ですね。 通常のブルー画面では、「follow these step：」以降に解決手段が提示されます。質問者さんの場合は、ハードウエアの追加時に何かしら誤りがあったか、もしくはハードディスクの読み取りに問題が生じているかが疑われますね。 なにか最近追加したハードウエアはありませんか? なければハードディスクの接続を確認したうえで、CHKDSKを実行するぐらいでしょうか。 ソフトウエアによる問題ではなさそうなので「何度再起動しても改善されることはない」でしょうね。

ハードウェアの異常が原因でＰＣが自動的にこれ以上先に進まないように自動制御しているだけのことです。 その位、ＰＣは臆病で計算高い産物ということをお忘れなく・・・・。 つまりあまりにも人間がケアレスミスが多くそして同じ間違いを何度もおこして反省もせず好き勝手する生き物なのでせめて人工知能の集積であるパソコンはそのようなことにならないようにしましょうね？ということですね。 それで、本題に入りますが理由もなくそのような現象にはなりません 。 直前あるいは最近、あなた！何かハードウェアを追加したりドライバを当てたりシステムに深く関与することやヘビーなゲームをしだしたとかやってませんか？！。 そのようなことをコメントすることなく結果だけ報告しても的確なアドバイスなど出ませんよ。 原因はあんただ！。
補足
壊れた時の状況ですが、確かWindowsUpdateで二つインストールしました。再起動して、ノートンシステムワークをアンインストールして再起動。 すると、「ノートンゴーバックの履歴を削除しています」と出て、待つことにしました。 一時間くらいたって、パソコンの電源を付けると、今回のようになってたわけです。

回復の見込みは低いが回復コンソールで CHKDSK /F を実行 回復コンソールは HDD にインストールしてある SP の適用状況と合わせる必要が有る

回復コンソールはどうやって実行するのでしょうか？ 自分のはSP2です

こんばんは、仕事に使うPCが壊れて困っています。 あるとき再起動したら、DOSのような黒い画面に「hal.dllが壊れているので再インストールしてください」というような文面の文字が出てきました。セーフモードでも立ち上がらないため、起動ディスク6枚をサブ機で作り、DOSで立ち上げてからそのファイルをcabから取り出してコピーしました。 それで再起動したところ、一度はセーフモードが復活したのですが、修復モードというのを試みたところ(カレンダーが出てきて任意の日付にシステムを戻すというやつ。壊れる前の日付に指定しました)、今度は下記の青い画面が出てきてしまいました。 ------------------------------------------- A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
