windowsが起動できません。

DELLのinspiron710mを使っています。 コンピューターの起動時にwindowsnのロゴの後に 青い画面で下の様なメッセージが出ます。 初心者なもので全くわかりません。解決方法を教えてください。 A plobrem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,restart your computer. PC起動時に、DELLのロゴが出ているときに、F12を押すと診断テストがあると思います。 もしくは付属のドライバCDから起動。 HDDエラーが出たら、諦めかもしれません。 PCが他にもある場合、HDDはずして、外付けのケースを購入（2000円くらい）。USBで外付けにしてみるのもいいかも。 DELLだったら、24時間電話サポートもあるので、そちらを使ってみるのもいいかもしれません。ただし、余計な切り分けをいっぱいすることになるかもしれませんが。

セーフモードで起動できるか確かめて見ましょう。 起動時にF8キーを押してメニューを出して「セーフモード」を選択。見事起動できるようでしたら、そこからシステムの復元を行って見てください。 復元ポイントは昨日のソフトをダウンロードする前ですね。

Ｆ８を押しましたが何も起きませんでした。その次に日本語のページになりましたのでそこでセーフモードをを選択しましたがまた同じ質問の青い画面に戻ります。どうしたらよいでしょうか？
