突然ブルー画面になり止ってしまいます

機種：Gateway4016ｊ OS：XP　HOME 特定のアプリではないのですが、作業中に突然ブルーの画面(BIOSの画面？)になり、下記のようなメッセージがでて電源を切るしかなくります。 内臓HDDを一つ増設しましたが、買った状態にすべて戻してみても症状が出ます。 原因がまったくわかりません。ハードの故障か初期不良なんでしょうか。購入したのは去年の１２月です。 よろしくお願いします。 【メッセージ1】 A problem has been detected and windows has been shutdown to preventdamege to your computer -中略- Technical infomation STOP:0x0000008E(0xc000001D.0xBF803A20.0xF3E1108c.0x00000000) win32k.sys-Addres BF803A20 base at BF800000.Datestamp 422511a2 【メッセージ2】 The Problem seems to be caused by the following file:nv_disp.dll -中略- Page_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

一度リカバリしてみて下さい。 再発したらハードの故障ですから修理へ出して下さい。

ドライバまわりじゃないかな・・・ 初期不良って言い切っていいものか・・・ メーカーは面倒嫌いだから、適当に部品取っ替えて根本的な原因究明を嫌がる傾向あるしなぁ。今に始まったことじゃないけど。 win32k.sys って、のが悪さしてるってここでは書いてるんで、ハードまわりの可能性は薄いかと。 http://oshiete1.goo.ne.jp/kotaeru.php3?q=479354 同じ内容があるんで、ちょっと確認してみてくださいな。

恐らく、初期不良です。 推定原因、 マザーボードの不良。 メモリーの初期不良。 ハードディスクの初期不良。 私も、VAIOノートで、この３点をメーカー保障で交換しました。 それから、今までの不具合が嘘のように治って、現在は快調に使っています。
