I don't think it's different from the truth. もちろん文脈にもよりますが、これが高校英語での解答パターンかもしれません。 つまり否定を think に付けられるかどうか、が問われる典型的な問題ですかね。 そのあとは at all などで、この文の断定の度合いを調節するのも手ですね。
