直訳を教えてください
海についての文章で If a satisfactory inter national submarine control system is ever to be agreed upon , we must, the committee insist, be able to make the ocean depths visible to man so all submarine in the oceans can be tracked. という長文の中の一文で、if～の文で satisfactoryを効果的なと訳してるんですが、 直訳を教えてください。ちなみに全訳は その委員会は効果的な国際潜水艦管理体制について合意したいのなら、海中のすべての潜水艦を追跡できるようにあらゆる深海が見えるようにできなくてはならない、と主張している。です。

潜水艦の国際的管理の実現は、海中のすべての潜水艦を常に監視できるかどうかにかかっています。 ですから、もしもすべての潜水艦を追跡できないのなら、その国際管理体制は、必然的に 名ばかりのものとなり、機能しないものとなりますよね。 決して満足できるような水準にはならないわけです。 ここでわたしは、「効果的な」も良いですが、「現実的な」とか「実効性のある」、あたりの ほうが近いような気がします。 ただ、この satisfactory によりピッタリの単語は、ほかにありそうです。

Do you know if he can come tomorrow? Do you know if he will be able to come tomorrow? can をwill be able to に置きかえられますか。そして上の２つの文に意味の違いはありますか。 （if 節が名詞節なので will be able to も置くことができますよね。） 文法書でcan のほうの文を見て、if 節が名詞節だからwill be able to も可能だろうと考え始めたのですが、そもそも未来のことなのに、 ・will be able to ではなく、なぜcanを使うのか ・２つの文には意味的に違いはあるのか が気になってきました。よろしくお願いします。

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PejD7Kjw_i0 上記3:12あたりで以下の文が出てきます。 if there's going to be a league for it, it's got to be interesting to watch if there's going to be a league for itこれはわかりますが、be got toがわかりません。翻訳にかけると「そのためのリーグがあるとしたら、見るのは面白くなければなりません」と出ますが、be get toで調べても、しなければならないという意味はbe got toにはなさそうです。よろしくお願いします。

以下の英文を和訳しているのですが、特に"reharsed"、"share"、"theology student"の単語をうまく訳せません。また、文を解釈するための和訳ではなく「翻訳文」として、他の人に読んでもらい、理解してもらうようにきちんとした日本語で訳さなくてはならないのですが、そういう場合、直訳すぎても意訳すぎてもいけないと言われ、その加減がわかりません。翻訳技術がある方がいらっしゃればご指導いただきたいと思います。よろしくお願いいたします。 During the first year of my stay in the United States, I started a seminar for which I randomly picked dying patients, from the very young to the very old.
