意味が分かりません。
子供が生まれたミュージシャンがコメントするというシチュエーションで、 "The fans would have loved it and, to be honest with you, had I not had a tour and an album coming out I'd have maybe done the whole tour." 「ファンはそれを愛するだろう、正直に言うと、～」 この後半の意味が分かりません。お願いします。hadが文頭に来ているのはどういう文法でしょうか？

もう少しシチュエーションを教えて頂ければ、もっと分かり易いかも知れませんが、想像力をうんと働かせて書いてみます。間違っていたらごめんなさいね。 ＞"The fans would have loved it and, to be honest with you, had I not had a tour and an album coming out I'd have maybe done the whole tour." 「ファンの人は喜んでいたでしょうね。でも、本当はね、（国内）ツアー後にアルバムを出す予定が無かったら、多分（国外の）ツアーを全てこなしていたでしょうね」 倒置で仮定を表す用法は文語的のように思われがちですが、会話でも結構あります。 そのミュージシャンがインタビューか何かで、「子供さんが生まれた後、（国外）ツアーが出来なかったことをどう思いますか」のようなことを聞かれて言ったせりふではないでしょうか？ 〈（国外の）ツアーをしていたらファンは喜んでくれただろうけど、子供が生まれて時間がなく忙しかったし、それに、国内ツアー後にアルバムを出す予定もあったし、もしそれが無かったら、（国外の）全ツアーはしていたでしょうね〉 の感じではないですか？あくまでも、想像です。 お役に立てば幸いです。

ご回答ありがとうございます。 倒置表現なんですね、よく分かりました。 あと、 had I not had a tour and an album coming out の後にカンマがないんですね、 文章の切れ目が分かりませんでした。 続く文字が I'd と大文字になっているのから、 見分けられるものだったのでしょうか。 国内をa tour と表現し、ヨーロッパまでにいたる世界 規模のツアーをthe whole tourとしたんだと思います。 ありがとうございました。

(例文) If I had had to do it,I would have done it then. (質問) "had had to do" となっていますが、ここの文法的構造が わかりません。 予想なのですが I had(過去完了のhad) had to(have to の過去形) do だと思います。 ですが、had to(have to の過去形)の前に、had(過去完了のhad) が来る形は見たことがありません。 もし、そうであるならば そのような表現は一般的なのでしょうか。 仮定法にのみおいて、起こりえる文法の形なのでしょうか。 ご教授頂ければと思います。 よろしくお願いします。
