ロシア、欧州へのwarranty ticket（保証書） を得る方法は？？

以前、も質問させて頂きましたが 友人の頼みでロシア、欧州へ「デジカメ」を送ることになりました。 そして、今回、友人から 「ロシア、欧州への保証書は得れますか」 原文→Can you get warranty tickets for Russia and for Europe? というメールを貰いましたが 可能なのでしょうか？？ 可能なら方法はどうするのでしょうか？？ 宜しくお願いします。
