私も今日インストールしましたが、全く同じメッセージが出て、PCが使えなくなってしまい、ソースネクストのQ&Aにもありませんでしたのでいろいろ探した結果この掲示を見ました。 セーフモードで立ち上げてもやはりだめでした。 Help!

Please contact the application support team for more information. の表示が出て、softnaviを起動できません。 なぜでしょう…Visual C++が原因かと思い、アンインストールするも結局softnaviは開けず…困ってます。お願いします。

昨日まで動いていた「Outlook Express」が突如起動しなくなりました。 というか、起動はするのですが、以下のメッセージが出て Microsoft visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! Program:C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe This application has requested Runtime to terminate it in an usual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information. というウィンドウが開いて、[ＯＫ]を押すとプログラムが終了します。 私は、これからどうすればいいのでしょうか？もしかしたら、Windows を再インストールするしか方法は無いのでしょうか？

Please contact the application's support team for more information.」 動画を観ようと思い、ファイルを開こうとしたら上記のメッセージが出て、終了してしまうんです。 また、ホームページを開いたときも同様のことが起きてしまいます。 どうすれば解決できるか教えていただけないでしょうか？

Please contact the application's support team for more information. という画面が出ることがあります。何をすると出るのか分かりませんし、出るとどのような不都合があるのかも分かりません。勝手に出ている感覚です。イベントビューワを見ても、その時刻に該当する記録はありません。どのアプリが出しているのか、確認する方法を教えて頂けないでしょうか。
