偶に、 microsoft visual c++ runtime library this application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an usual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information. という画面が出ることがあります。何をすると出るのか分かりませんし、出るとどのような不都合があるのかも分かりません。勝手に出ている感覚です。イベントビューワを見ても、その時刻に該当する記録はありません。どのアプリが出しているのか、確認する方法を教えて頂けないでしょうか。

softnaviを起動させようとすると、 Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error！ Program：C￥Program Files￥Softnavi￥ImgLnch.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an usual way. Please contact the application support team for more information. の表示が出て、softnaviを起動できません。 なぜでしょう…Visual C++が原因かと思い、アンインストールするも結局softnaviは開けず…困ってます。お願いします。

補足
仮想メモリ領域が足りない場合、何かファイル消してください、って表示出てきますよね？それがありませんし、メモリは増強したので多分仮想メモリ領域が足りないってことはないと思います。
