Motto of 7 figures　ってなに？

設計のコンペに応募するのですが、ちょっと意味がよくわからないので、わかる方、教えてください。 Terms of the competition: Works submitted for the competition should be done on 1 sheet of paper (paper size - 600 x 840 mm), it shouldn't be glued on rigid surface; explanatory notice is obligatory. Motto of 7 figures should be placed in the right upper corner. The height of motto figures is 10 mm. Information about the author should be placed on the back of the work. Motto of 7 figures、The height of motto figures is 10 mm.の意味がわかりません。 よろしくお願いします。

アメリカ人（？）にも意味不明のようです。（↓） http://www.pushpullbar.com/forums/showthread.php?t=724 七桁のモットー？ 七つの図柄の標語？ 七つといえば、 It can be (can be expressed by) a square, river, fountain, park, construction, landscape element, sculpture, etc. がちょうど七つだけど、etc. がついてるし、１センチで右上に、というのがおかしい。 ロシア語原文で聞いた方がいいかも。 あるいは直接問い合わせるか。

Mottoの意味をどのように使っているかが、 大きな疑問です。 mottoの意味は、 "Short sentence or phrase that expresses a rule for good or sensible behaviour"です。 7つの図面の、あなたが設計する上での心構え？(あるいは、異訳で"タイトル"。その図が何を表しているのか？）みたいなことを、右上に、１センチの高さで載せなさい。 と言いたいのかな。。。？ 私も、hellotoearさんと同じく、"７桁(文字）"も考えたのですが、やはり、ひっかかるのはmottoです。 ７文字のモットーって？何？ってかんじです。 図面（図柄？）は７つ課題が出ていますか？ 設計図がどんな配置で作成されるのか、または、どんな種類なのか、知識はないので、ここまでしか分かりません。 私も、はっきり分からない場合、直接聞きますね。日本語でも時々訳の分からないニュアンスがあるので。。。

コンペの指示に「７文字のモットー」はありませんか？ もしくは７つの図柄でそのデザインを表現するようなロゴのようなマークとかないでしょうか？ 高さが10mmということはその文字あるいはマークの大きさ（高さ）が10mmと考えます。
