ありがとうございました。 24時間とか5分の意味が分からなかったのですが、すでにRedeemボタンを押してダウンロードしていましたが、インストールの段階で止まってしまっていました。やり方が正しいかどうか不明でしたので質問しました。PCを再起動して、Office修復をしたら無事activation できて使用できるようになりました。5分はともかく24時間過ぎるとProduct Keyが無効になるということらしい。その時は先方にコネクトして新しいProduct Keyの入手ができるようです。ちなみに、このサイトは彼のpsngamesで、Microsoft Office 2016 Home and Studentの注文で2016 Pro PlusのDLでした。Office2016製品が3種類あって、価格が少しずつ違うのですが、どれを選んでも2016 Pro PlusのDLになるようです。事前に先方に問い合わせたところ今はそのバージョンの在庫が無いから2016 Pro Plusを送るよとか言っていました。4199円でした。
