thanがついて”他のいかなる会社”と比較しているので、比較級として、(A) (C)が除外され(B), (D)が残っているところまでは良いですね？ (B)のgenerousは形容詞なので、このままでは完結できずこの後に修飾すべき名詞が必要です。例えばmore generous things, more generous dealsなど。この時点で(B)は落ち、(D)だけが残ります。 (D)のmore generouslyは副詞句としてその前のgiveを修飾します。この場合のgiveは自動詞になります。 結果、 「ホライゾンの従業員はほかのどの会社よりも寛大に打ち解ける」のような意味かと思います。この自動詞のgiveは必ずしも打ち解けるだけでなく寄付する、譲るみたいな意味もあるので文脈で判断するしかないところではあります。

A than B というパターンの文ですね。 more generous でも比較級になるからいいじゃないかと思ってしまいそうですが、文の内容は何かを 「与える」 ということを述べているものです。 「与える」 というのは動詞で、動詞を修飾するのは 副詞 です。だから、副詞を探さなくてはなりません。 C) と D) が副詞ですが、C) は more ... than ... という、比較級の形に当てはまりません。more が使われているのは D) だから、これが正解になります。
