口座を作ってくれという海外メール？
こんにちは。 このごろ、妙なメールが舞い込みます。差出人は今回はスイスの人ですが、アフリカからの時もあります。 共通しているのは、大量の金があり、（自分にとっての）国外の銀行に口座をつくってくれる人を探している、ということらしいのです。お金は、死んだ夫、または父などの遺産だったり、また、イラクの廃屋で拾った大金、ということもあります。国外に持ち出せなくて？困っているように書いてあります。。 きっとこういうメール受け取っている人もおられると思います。いったいこれはなんなのじゃ？文面通りのことなのか、他意があるのか、、、なにか御存知の方、どうぞ宜しくお願いします。 I am just back from Iraq where in the cause of performing our duties we found in a box a large amount of money in cash in an abandoned house, I reached an agreement with the members of my team whom are UN officials(two in number)and we agreed to keep this money to ourselves and they moved the box out of Iraq to Europe(with their immunity as UN officials they are not searched at borders or airports) Now, I am in need of a reliable and trustworthy person or company overseas whom I can confidently work with. My work does not permit me to own a foreign bank account or any personal business until retirement. I have the honor to confide this information in you and to request for your pleasure to assist to receive and secure the money in your account, pending our retirement from service.

結構有名な詐欺事件ですよ。私もテレビで再現ドラマをやっているのをみました。見たドラマでは王族の代理人になっていたと思います。

ありがとうございました。王家の一族の莫大な遺産、というメールはいままでに何回も受けてました。もちろん相手にはしませんでしたが。今回のはイラクでNGO活動していた人から、というので、少し手口が変わったみたいですね。それにしても、真面目にNGOやってる人にしてみればいい迷惑ですよねぇ。。

ありがとうございました。メールの末尾には、わざわざ、このメールは同類の山程あるジャンクメールとは違うよ、みたいな念押しもありました。どういう神経なんだろな～(?_?) I know there may be scams and junk mails flying here and there on the internet but certainly, this is not one. Please do not fail to understand that in spite of all that, opportunities of this kind still abound.

昔からある「ナイジェリア詐欺」（通称「４１９号事件」）の変形版です。 検索サイトで「ナイジェリア 詐欺」で検索すると山ほど情報が出ます。 参考ＵＲＬに１つあげておきます。

ありがとうございます。「ナイジェリア詐欺」というのですか、知りませんでした。かなり知れ渡った手口みたいですね。今回のは「イラクの拾い物」？とでもいうのでしょうか、新しい手口みたいですね。。イントロを下にのせましたが、いかにも自分がちゃんとした活動をしていたみたいに書いてありました。。

何でもいいので、返信待ちというメールです。 無視したほうが良いです。 返信したばあいは、興味があるとみなされ、続々と勧誘メールが来るというものだと思ってください。

ありがとうございます。宛名不特定でくることもありますが、大半は私の個人Emailアドレスで来ます。きっとワームの活躍？などで個人アドレスってぜんぜん知らない所まで広まってるみたいですね。。

完全な国際的な詐欺の手口です。 講座を作ったら振り込むのに手数料がいるなど 何らかの形で要求するメールがきます。 無視するのが一番です。

迅速な御回答ありがとうございました。うさんくさいのでこの手のメールは相手にしないことにしてますが、今回のは「イラクの戦場で拾った」でした。現地で真面目にNGO、NPOやっている人には迷惑ですよね、、。

Honestly speaking, I think Fahrenheit 9/11 is a political advertising movie. In fact, some people dislike it. However it is a fact that Bush invaded unrelated Iraq to terrorism and innocent people are killed and injured. On a basis of this fact, I cannot help conceiving that Bush should resign and withdraw the troop from Iraq. It is necessary to decrease victims as soon as possible. And Japan should deliberate again about Iraq War and Self-Defense Forces. But regrettably, I cannot make Bush resign directly because I am not American and do not have an American franchise. So I will watch the news about the Iraq and think what I can do.

I started studying Japanese language in 1974, in a Tokyo university with many other foreign students. I was depressed by the number of Americans concerned only with obtaining as much money, sex, marijuana, or media-coverage as they could obtain during their year in Japan, rather than really trying to appreciate the culture in which they were guests. So I began to look around for a more isolated university which would admit and teach Japanese to foreigners, but without the problems of Tokyo's "international set."
