海外仕入先に支払日を訪ねる文章について
こんにちは。 英文で海外の仕入れ先（インド）に支払日を訪ねる場合の文章についてお聞きします。 「今回の注文代金は、いつまでにお支払したらいいですか？」 私も自分なりに考えてみましたが、この文章で大丈夫でしょうか？ When do we make payment of this order ? 「いつまで」と言っているのでBy whenなどのほうが通じやすいでしょうか？ どなたか詳しい方いらっしゃいましたら、アドバイス頂ければ助かります。 よろしくお願いします。

下記の相談で質問した者です。 http://okwave.jp/qa/q7429343.html うちはタイの仕入先から材料を買い、最初は仕入れてから1か月以内に払うという条件を注文書にも書いて仕入ました。 仕入れてから1ヶ月後は3月初旬でしたが、うちの社長はなかなか払わず、「3月下旬にすると先方に伝えてくれ」「4月中旬にすると先方に伝えてくれ」「今回1回限りの仕入なんだから多少延ばしたってかまわん」とズルズル延ばして行きました。 いくら説得してもちゃんとしない人なので、私も説得をあきらめていましたが、いきなり支払手続きの書類を私に今日持ってきて、「5月1日付で引落されるようにして送金してくれ」と言ってきました。 そこでとにかく送金の手続きをして、先方にメールをしようと思います。 （日本語） 連絡が遅くなりすみません。社長は支払の手続きをしました。しかし銀行の手続き上、そちらで送金が確認できるのは5月1日になりますのでよろしくお願いします （英語） I 'm sorry for this late reply. My President has already arranged the payment, our bank says that you could check the payment at 1th May on ground of the bank. 請求書を受け取ってから90日以内に支払いをお願いしますという文ですが、下記で適切な文はどれになりますでしょうか？他によい文がありましたらお教えください。 支払いの際はdueがよいように思うのですが、なにか英文の規則がありますでしょうか？ The payment is due 90 days from receipt of this invoice. 元の英語は "Why are human beings born? We were born here in order to thoroughly savor the joys of life and make others same". ひょんな事から出来るだけシンプルで子供にも分かりやすい文章にと頼まれたのですが、ちょっと自信がありません。 この文章はどうでしょうか？ Why are we born? Because we are here to become happy life and make others happy. 何方かヘルプをお願いします。

ある代金の支払のために海外へ送金をするのですが、その支払方法を指示した書面の中でわからない英文（単語）が２箇所あります。実際銀行などで海外送金を仕事でされている方、教えてもらえれば助かります。 (1)Please transfer this amount ”free of charge for the beneficiary” to our bank～ このような場合、送金する際、受け取り銀行の手数料も別途こちらで負担して送金しないといけないのか、あるいは受け取り側が手数料を負担してくれるので単純に請求金額だけを送金しておけば良いということなのか、どちらを意味しているのか具体的に教えて下さい。 (2)A transfer without offer number, customer number, customers name and reason of payment cannot be registered. オファー番号、顧客番号、顧客氏名、そして（reason of payment）のない送金は登録されない・・・・・・とのことですがこの文章の（reason of payment）ととはどういう意味で何を明記して送金しないといけないということなのでしょうか？ よろしくお願いします。
