こんばんわ。 必ずしも一言で言う必要はないですよね。 口語でしたら、 I wouldn't say I like it, but it's OK. とか、 I wouldn't say I don't like it, but I don't particularly like it. あと、 Well, I can do without it. またはシンプルに Well, it's OK. などで、伝わると思います。

ある英語学習者のための雑誌にこんなことがかかれていました。が私には、どうしても感覚的に理解できませんでした。 以下がその内容です。 例えは、皆で映画を見に行こうと言っているときに、誰か別の女の子が「私もいきたい。」と言ったとします。 でも、どう考えても、その子の好みの映画ではないというとき、2つの表現のどちらかを使うかで意味が大きく変わってきます。 ”You won't like it.”と言ったら、（A）「連れていくけど、気に入らないと思う。」という意味のなります。 また、”You wouldn't like it.”と言ったら、（B）「一緒に行っても気にいらないと思うから、連れて行かない。」という意味になります。 （A）、（B）を英訳すると、以下のようになると思うのですが、どうでしょうか？ （A）I will take you to the movie, but I think you do not like it. （B）I will not take you to the movie, because if you watched it, you would not like it. でも、今まで（B）の中に拒絶の意味があるとは思いませんでした。 どのような使い方がほかにありますか？ どんな場合に拒絶の意味が含まれるのでしょうか？

Do you like Back street boys? の、答えでNot reallyと答えていました。(私が聞きました） この意味はいくつかの歌は好きだけど、おおかたは好きじゃない、みたいな意味ですか？ もしこのような意味だとしたら、 Do you like Tobey Maguire? という答え方にNot reallyは使えないと言う事になりますか？ ほかにNot reallyをこういう時に使うとか、 ありましたら、いろいろ教えてください

よく「同意」表現でこんな表現を会話で耳にするのですが、 A;it's quite hot. B;it is! 以下の表現も会話で使ってもおかしくないですかね。 A;it's quite hot,isn't it? B;yes,it is A;it's not quite expensive! B; really,isn't is. A;it's not quite expensive,is it? B;no,isn't it. またi supposeはi think(i guess)と同じ感じなのでしょうか？いまいち使い方がつかめません。

I get to know him. 彼を知るようになる I get to hate it. 嫌いになる など、get to ～(もしくはcome to ～)で 「～するようになる」という意味になると思いますが、「～しないようになる」はどのように言えばよいでしょうか？例えば、 I got to love her. は「彼女を好きになっていった。」ですが、その反対の「彼女を嫌いになっていった。」は、 I got not to love her. I got not to like her. ではおかしいですよね？ どのように言えばよいのでしょうか？
