「CTRL+F5」について

あるメールに以下の指示がありました。 「CTRL+F5」を押せと書いてあるのですが、通常PCは「CTRL+F5」を押した場合どのような操作が進むのでしょうか？よろしくご教授下さい。 Important NOTE: Before you fill the form, please refresh the page by pressing "CTRL+F5" or clear your cache memory in order to fill the revised form.

早々のご連絡ありがとうございます。 今、「Ctrl+F5」を押してみたのですが、画面上は何の変化も起こりません。それでも問題なく操作は行われたのでしょか？ ご教授いただけるとありがたいです。

No.2の回答者です。しばらくPCから離れていたので、お礼に 返答をするのが遅くなりました。 何も変化がなかったとのことですが、フォームへの入力時に、 キャッシュを読み込まないで作業してほしいのだと思うので、 おそらく変化がなくても問題ないかと思います。 フォームに入力して送った先から、入力についての返答など メールもしくは入力後の確認画面で正しく入力できたことを 知らせるメッセージなどがありませんでしたか？ 何に対する操作なのか判断できませんので、これ以上の回答 を付けることができませんが、質問者さんのほうで確認済み であるなら、この質問を締め切ってください。 確認ができない状態なら、新規質問で利用しているフォーム への入力が必要なサービスなどを提示して、操作方法などを 尋ねるようにしてください。 私がアドバイスとしてできることは、これぐらいです。 追加回答はしませんのであしからず。では(^_^)/~~
