As I experienced the large earthquake in the Tohoku area the other day, I am very nervous about such disasters and highly motivated to prepare them. Through my experience, you should always prepare some degree of water and prepared food for a disastrous earthquake. It is because even a convenience store is closed just after a large earthquake. Next, if a disastrous earthquake were to occur while I were studying at this university, it would expected that many people are in panic. I know being in panic lead a second disaster. Thus, I would let students around me keep calm down, get out of this university, and move to safety area like play ground. After doing this, I would offer the leader’s instruction. This would make damages of a disaster as less as possible. Although you are often told to prepare a large disaster, you may do not know how to prepare for it. Preparing water and prepared food is necessary, of course, but it is more important that you talk about what would you do when a disastrous earthquake were to occur with people around you in daily life in advance. 仮定法で、未来のことに対する仮定の文で もし万一地震があったら、東京は大きな被害を受けるだろう。 Tokyo will suffer serious damage if there should be a big earthquake. If S should do～という構文 たとえ太陽が西から上がっても、彼は意見の変えないでしょう。 Even if the sun were to rise in the west.he would not change his mind. If S were to do～という構文 2つの構文の違いがよく分かりません。両方同じ未来のことに対する仮定ですし。 後者の文のwere to riseをshould rise、wouldをwillに変えてはいけないのでしょうか？ お願いします。

「あなたが正しいと信じることをやりなさい。」という場合、Do what you believe is right. とyou believe を挿入節とする形で表現できると思いますが、では Do what you believe to be right. という言い方は文法的に見て可能なのでしょうか。ごなたかご存知の方がおられましたら宜しくご教示の程お願い致します。

英語の文法について質問です。 仮定法未来と、条件節のifの使い方の違いが分かりません。どんな時に使えばよいのか…。 If S should～のときは実現可能性が１%程度（ほぼあり得ない）のときに使いますが、If S were to～のときに混乱してしまいます。were toでは実現可能性は考慮せずに「とりあえず、もし～としたら…」ということを言っているのですよね？それでしたら、条件節のifの文と、伝える趣旨は何ら変わりないように思えるのですが… 例えば、 If you were to win the lottery, what would you buy with the money？ 「宝くじに当たったら、そのお金で何を買う？」 If he were to do so, I would be angry. 「もし彼がそんなことをしたら、私は怒るだろう」 こちらが仮定法未来（条件節にwere to、主節に助動詞の過去形）で、 If it rains tomorrow, I will stay at home. 「もし雨が降ったら、私は家にいるよ」 If I need any help, I'll call you. 「助けが必要な場合は、あなたに電話をするよ」 こちらが条件節。 この使い分けはどういったものなのでしょうか？どちらの用法も使えるといったことはないのですか？ 条件節を用いた場合は、「その条件のときには必ず○○する」といった意味合いなのでしょうか……？ 分かる方いらっしゃいましたら、よろしくお願いいたします。

A television studio took a poll of married couples one year after the wedding: "What would you do differently if you could be married again knowing what you know now?"” についてですが、 differently if がうまく訳せません。 それと、knowing what you know now が分詞構文になってるのですが 訳せないのですが、わかる方がおりましたら、回答いただけると嬉しいです
