People involved in the accident to rescue themselves これはどのような人を指しますか？ 避難の必要がある事故に巻き込まれた人　という解釈であってましょうか。 themselvesはpeopleしか前の文章でてこないので、peopleとなります。 全文載せたいのですが今手元になく、部分的な文章で申し訳ございません。 ご教授下さい。
