米国の銀行小切手に関する質問です。英語はもとより内容もわかれば教えてください。 問題文は In general, which of the following statements is correct concerning the priority among checks drawn on a particular account and presented to the drawer bank on a particular day? A.The checks may be charged to the account in any order convenient to the bank B.The checks may be charged to the account in any order provided no change creates an overdraft. C.The checks must be charged to the account in the order in which the checks were dated. 問題文の解釈としては、なにか取引をしていて、指定銀行の指定口座で振り込む場合のStatementはどれかと解釈していいのでしょうか。 設問の答えはAですが、意味としては A.小切手は指定口座に振り込む B.当座借越がでているので、この場合答からはずれる C.小切手の日付は設問からずれている。

【設問】一般的に特定の口座にて振り出され,特定の日に振出銀行（＝当該当座預金口座のある銀行）に支払呈示された小切手間の（決済の）優先順序にかかる以下の叙述のうち正しいものはどれか。 A：小切手は銀行の都合によりいかなる順序でも決済することができる。 B：小切手は当座貸越を発生させるものがない限りいかなる順序でも決済することができる（no changeのchangeはchargeの誤りと思います）。 C：小切手は振出の日付順に決済しなければならない。 ご覧のとおり小切手決済に関するルールにつき問うたものです。当座預金口座に呈示された小切手全てを決済する資金が十分にない場合、どれを決済するのは銀行のオプションです（不渡となった場合等の小切手所持人とのトラブルを避けるため予め定めておくものです）。よってAが正解となります。 ご参考まで。

Amazon.comで注文後ミスに気付き、既に発送手続きに入っていた為カスタマーサービスに連絡してキャンセル依頼をしました。 その後すぐにキャンセル完了の返答が来て、注文履歴からも削除されたのですが、その際のメールで分からないところがあったので教えてください。 The payment method on this order qualified for processing as a PIN-less debit transaction. 取引先から利息の計算方法についての説明文書をいただいたのですが（英語）、内容がよくわからず困っています。 "Interest shall be calculated at a rate being the aggregate of the best bank rate charged to the buyer by the buyer's bank."となっており、"at a rate being"は「現在の利率」と推測をつけたのですが、"the aggregate of the best bank rate”の意味がわかりません。「ベストな銀行利率の合計？」とは何のことをいっているのでしょうか。どなたかお教えねがえませんでしょうか。
